Welcome to LE PARFUN. These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LE PARFUN website, including any related webpages, mobile experiences, online services, and features made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

2. PRODUCTS, ORDERS & PURCHASES

2.1 Product availability

Products displayed on the Site are offered subject to availability. We may discontinue products, change product quantities, limit purchases, or modify product specifications at any time.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed.

2.2 Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. However, colors, packaging, photographs, measurements, descriptions, and other visual or descriptive information may vary depending on your device, screen settings, product batch, packaging updates, or other circumstances.

A product appearing on the Site does not guarantee that it will always be available or that every product detail will remain unchanged.

2.3 Placing an order

Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible because orders can enter processing quickly.

An order-received email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. 2.5 Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

We may correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors discovered on the Site, including errors affecting an order that has already been submitted.

If an order is canceled because of a pricing error and payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the affected order.

2.6 Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, duties, or other governmental charges may be added depending on the delivery destination and applicable law.

The final amount due will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

2.7 Order limitations

We may impose reasonable purchase limits on individual products or orders.

We may also decline or cancel orders that appear to involve:

If information supplied by you is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be delayed, returned, or canceled. LE PARFUN is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary based on location.

Payment options may include major credit or debit cards and third-party digital payment services.

We may add or remove payment methods at any time.

3.2 Payment authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize LE PARFUN and its payment processors to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

An order may not be shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and processed.

3.3 Payment security

Payment transactions are processed using third-party payment providers and commercially reasonable security measures.

LE PARFUN does not intentionally retain complete payment-card information when such information is processed directly by our payment providers.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Certain promotions may provide free or discounted shipping subject to the terms of the applicable offer.

4.2 Delivery destinations

We ship to the locations made available during checkout.

Shipping availability may vary by country, state, territory, postal code, product type, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and applicable law.

4.3 Delivery estimates

Any shipping or delivery date displayed on the Site or in an order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by:

carrier delays;
weather;
customs processing;
holidays;
transportation disruptions;
incorrect address information;
high order volume; or
circumstances outside LE PARFUN’s reasonable control.

4.4 Shipping information

Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout.

Please carefully verify your address before submitting your order, including apartment, suite, unit, building, company, and postal-code information where applicable.

Once an order has entered shipment processing, the delivery address or shipping method may not be changeable.

4.5 Carrier handling

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures.

Depending on the destination and carrier, a package may be delivered to the address provided, a designated safe location, a mailbox, a building reception area, or a nearby collection facility.

4.6 Failed delivery

If a carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to LE PARFUN.

Where permitted by law, additional shipping charges may apply if a returned package must be reshipped.

4.7 Lost or delayed shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact help@leparfun.com.

LE PARFUN may work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Carrier investigations may require additional time before a replacement or refund can be issued. In some instances the shipping carrier may require you, the consumer, to communicate with the shipping carrier regarding your lost or delayed package.

4.8 Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing, or materially different from what you ordered, contact help@leparfun.com and provide your order number and any requested photographs or documentation.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

5. OWNERSHIP & RISK

5.1 Ownership

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, title to purchased Products passes to the Customer once LE PARFUN has received full payment.

5.2 Risk of loss

Responsibility for loss or damage to Products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to the shipment.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or risk of loss.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6.1 Return period

Eligible Products purchased through the Site may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the requirements below and any rights provided by applicable law.

Certain Products may be excluded from return or exchange.

Please review our current Returns & Exchanges Policy for the most up-to-date instructions.

6.2 Return condition

To qualify for a return, Products must meet the conditions specified in our return policy.

Where applicable, Products should be returned with their original packaging and components.

We will request photographs of the Product before authorizing a return.

6.3 Return authorization

Customers should initiate returns by contacting returns@leparfun.com.

Do not send a return to an address other than the address provided by LE PARFUN as part of the authorized return process.

6.4 Return shipping

Return shipping fees and processing charges, if any, will be disclosed in our applicable return policy.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, original shipping charges are not refundable.

6.5 Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, LE PARFUN will process the applicable refund.

Refunds are generally issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card. For return refunds issued to the original payment method, a$5.00 restocking fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.

6.6 Exchanges

Eligible Products may only be exchanged in accordance with our current exchange policy and upon approval from our exchange department.

Exchange availability may depend on product availability and other applicable conditions.

6.7 Promotional and sample products

Promotional gifts, samples, discovery products, mystery products, and other items specifically identified as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law.

6.8 Used Products

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and our concern for customer safety, used fragrances are generally non-returnable and not eligible for a return or exchange except as outline in our return policy and where required by applicable law.

6.9 Gift cards

Gift cards may be subject to separate terms.

Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred back to a payment method, and are not refundable after purchase.

Gift-card expiration and other restrictions will comply with applicable law.

7. MEMBERSHIPS, REWARDS & STORE CREDITS

7.1 Program terms

LE PARFUN may introduce loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or other customer programs.

Any such program may have separate terms that supplement these Terms.

7.2 Program changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a program or individual program benefits from time to time, subject to applicable law.

If a material change affects an existing paid membership, we will provide notice where required.

7.3 Membership fees

If a paid membership is offered, the applicable membership fee, billing frequency, renewal terms, and benefits will be disclosed before enrollment.

Unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable membership terms, a recurring membership may renew automatically.

7.4 Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled using the cancellation process provided through your account or the applicable program page.

Cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to a refund of previously paid membership fees or unused benefits unless provided by the program terms or required by law.

7.5 Rewards and credits

LE PARFUN may issue promotional credits, loyalty points, rewards, or store credits.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, these benefits:

are not cash;
cannot be transferred;
cannot be sold;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
may have expiration dates or other restrictions; and
may only be used for eligible purchases.

Additional restrictions may apply to individual promotional credits or rewards.

7.6 Abuse of programs

We may suspend or terminate participation in a rewards or membership program where we reasonably believe that a customer has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized resale, or other conduct that violates the program rules or these Terms.

8. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

8.1 Promotional terms

LE PARFUN may periodically offer discounts, gifts, bundles, free products, free shipping, percentage-off promotions, or other special offers.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements and restrictions.

8.2 Combining offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, or promotional benefits.

8.3 Availability

Promotional products and gifts are generally available while supplies last.

If a promotional product becomes unavailable, LE PARFUN may substitute an item of comparable value where permitted by the promotional terms.

8.4 Promotional changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end a promotional offer at any time, subject to applicable law.

8.5 Fraudulent promotion use

Promotional codes, referral codes, and discounts may not be duplicated, sold, transferred, or used through unauthorized means.

LE PARFUN may cancel orders or revoke promotional benefits obtained through fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or other prohibited activity.

This permission does not give you ownership of any LE PARFUN Content.

21.4 Limitation of damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LE PARFUN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LE PARFUN’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LE PARFUN FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

21.5 Time limits for claims

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR PURCHASES, OR THESE TERMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A LONGER PERIOD.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

23.2 Resolving disputes

If you have a dispute with LE PARFUN, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

23.3 Venue

Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

23.4 Class-action waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LE PARFUN AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN EACH PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

THIS PROVISION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE SUCH A WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

23.5 Jury-trial waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LE PARFUN WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR DISPUTES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

25. GENERAL PROVISIONS

27. PROMOTIONAL GIFT & MYSTERY PRODUCT TERMS

From time to time, LE PARFUN may provide a complimentary product, sample, mystery fragrance, gift, or other promotional item with qualifying purchases.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion:

gifts are available while supplies last;
gifts cannot be exchanged for cash;
gifts are not transferable;
gifts may not be returned separately from the qualifying order;
one gift may be provided per qualifying order or customer;
eligibility may depend on product quantity, order value, membership status, or other requirements; and
LE PARFUN may substitute a gift with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable.

Promotional gifts may be subject to additional terms displayed at checkout or in the applicable promotional advertisement.
